Aire Holidays Travel & Tours was founded in 2025 by Aira Guevarra, a Filipina from Nueva Ecija, and
Marlon Staub, a German.
With our international background and years of personal travel experience, we understand exactly

Living together in Australia, we went through many of these challenges ourselves — from navigating

About Aira
Aira is a Filipina from Nueva Ecija who brings warmth, patience, and genuine care to every client she
assists. After living in Japan for three years, she gained valuable insight into travel requirements,
cultural differences, and the realities of living abroad.
With experience in education and customer service, Aira manages tour packages, bookings, and visa
preparation with accuracy and a friendly approach. She excels at understanding client needs and
providing reliable, supportive service — just like a trusted travel partner.
About Marlon
Marlon is from Germany and has a professional background in logistics, planning, procurement, and
international communication. Having lived in several countries, he understands how important clear
organization and transparent processes are when travelling abroad.
He focuses on structure, problem-solving, and ensuring every trip is smooth, safe, and well-planned
from beginning to end.
Together, we combine Filipino hospitality and German reliability.
